From Rte. 93,
Take the Rt. 60 Exit (#33) for Winchester, which will put you on the Roosevelt Circle Rotary. Take the South Border Road exit off of the rotary, and proceed to Governor's Ave. Go left onto Governor's Ave., and follow it until it intersects Hight St.

Take a right hand turn onto High St., and proceed until the rotary for Rte. 38. Take the right hand option for Rte. 38 Victory Park will be on the right.
