Registration for the Fall 2008 season is now open.

The fee for CITY players $75 per player.

The fee for TRAVEL players is $90.

Fees are capped at $180 per family.

Fall 2008 Registration Is Now Open

You may now register for Melrose Youth Soccer in one of three ways.

  • Online Registration using our secure server. This is the best option for most people. Your information from the last season is already stored in the online registration web site, so you will not have to fill out registration forms again. We would prefer that families register online, since it provides parents with the ability to review their registration before submitting it, provides instant confirmation of registration, and offers other features like the ability to request a friend or two for our younger players in U6 and U8s.
  • At our regular seasonal Elk's Hall Registration: This is a good option if you are signing up a new player to Melrose Youth Soccer and have to give us the required birth certificate copy. It's also great if you want to meet members of Melrose Youth Soccer's board of directors. If you'd like to help out, please stop in and introduce yourself!
  • Mail in Registration: This option was introduced to offer parents flexibility in registering. However we prefer you to use the online registration if at all possible.

You can download the registration form and use this form for the mail-in or in-person registration as you prefer. There is an age calculator table at the left - please make sure you register your child for the correct age bracket. MYS will reject "under-age" and "over-age" registrations..

Refund Policy

Melrose Youth Soccer grants 50% refunds for any registered player who withdraws from the soccer program until six (6) weeks before the season begins. At this time, teams will be formed, and no refunds will be given..
